  • 1/2 cup unsweetened applesauce
  • 1/2 cup nonfat cottage cheese
  • cinnamon

Place applesauce and cottage cheese side by side in a bowl. Sprinkle with ground cinnamon if desired. Slightly mix together as you eat.
